LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -Monday will be very cold and blustery across West Texas.
A light wintry mix is possible favoring areas north of Lubbock across the Northern South Plains and Texas Panhandle region.
Under cloudy skies, high temperatures remain between 35 and 40 degrees across most of the viewing area. A few sprinkles or a light wintry mix will be possible with little or no accumulation expected.
North winds continue at 10 to 20 mph with higher gusts possible, especially during the morning hours.

Expect cold temperatures to continue through the middle of the week.
