4:30 p.m. Oct. 22 - 6,509 people checked in at the polls

5:26 p.m. Oct. 22 - 7,473 people checked in at the polls

8:14 P.M. Oct. 22 - 9,191 people checked in at the polls

*Numbers greater than past three midterm first day numbers combined.

4:30 p.m. Oct. 23 - 6,643 people checked in at the polls

5:30 p.m. Oct. 23 - 7,527 people checked in at the polls

8:18 p.m. Oct. 23 - 9,106 people checked in at the polls

*In two days, more than 10 percent (176,056) of all Lubbock County registered voters have gone to polls.
