LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Associated Press NFL All-Pro teams were announced Friday and former Red Raider Patrick Mahomes was on the list.

Starting out the season as a breakthrough quarterback and now finishing as a unanimous choice.

The Associated Press 2018 NFL All-Pro team was selected by a national panel of 50 media members.

(45 of 50 Associated Press members voted Patrick Mahomes the league’s top quarterback.)

Mahomes completed 383 of 580 passes for a league-leading 50 touchdowns and only 12 interceptions.

Offense:

  • Quarterback – Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City
  • Running Back – Todd Gurley, Los Angeles Rams
  • Flex – Tyreek Hill, Kansas City
  • Tight End – Travis Kelce, Kansas City
  • Wide Receivers – Michael Thomas, New Orleans; DeAndre Hopkins, Houston
  • Left Tackle – David Bakhtiari, Green Bay
  • Right Tackle – Mitchell Schwartz, Kansas City
  • Left Guard – Quenton Nelson, Indianapolis
