City to conduct code exercise in Depauw McLarty neighborhood Wednesday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The City of Lubbock Codes Administration Department will go out to the Depauw McLarty neighborhood from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday for a code exercise. This is a way to identify junked vehicles, nuisance weeds, and substandard housing and zoning violations.

The boundaries for this exercise will Marshall Street, Quaker Avenue, Erskine Street and Frankford Avenue, according to a city news release. A field office will be set up on the northeast corner of the Wayland Baptist University parking lot, at 801 N. Quaker Ave., and a roll-off container will be provided.
