No. 11 Texas Tech baseball drops second straight game to WVU

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - In a game that was dripping with drama, the Red Raider baseball team found themselves coming up on the other end of the scoreboard.

The game was tied at three going into the bottom of the ninth, but the Mountaineers would load the bases with one out in the inning.

Clayton Beeter would enter the game but would throw four straight balls to walk in the winning run - as West Virginia defeats Texas Tech 4-3.

The Red Raiders will try to win the final game in there series, on Sunday.

First pitch is slated for 11 a.m. and will be broadcasted on Mountaineer.TV.
