Cochran County hit and run leads to murder investigation

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A hit-and-run in Cochran County leads to a murder investigation.

Jaime Andrew Soliz is charged with murder Monday, after investigators say he hit and killed a woman with his vehicle just after midnight in Morton. Authorities arrested Soliz in Bailey County.

Soliz is currently behind bars in the Cochran County Jail.
