Elderly Floydada man accused of child pornography possession

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - An elderly Floydada man is accused of having child pornography.

A Floyd County grand jury indicted Daniel Lee Dunne, 71, for possession or promotion of child pornography. That charge is a second degree felony.

The offense allegedly occurred on December 9, 2008.
