HOUSTON (AP) - Western Gas Partners LP says it's named Donald R. Sinclair to be president of its general partner.
He takes over for Robert G. Gwin, who has been appointed board chairman and will continue as CEO.
Sinclair was also named to the general partner's board. He was a founding partner and president of Ceritas Energy LLC.
Al Walker, the board's current chairman, will stay on as a director.
Western Gas Partners was formed by Houston-based Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and gathers, processes and transports natural gas in Texas, the Rocky Mountains and the midcontinent for Anadarko and other producers and customers.
