LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Polls open at 7:00 a.m. today. Across Texas, voters will decide on 11 proposed amendments to the state constitution, and in Lubbock folks will also vote on four proposed bond projects.
12,531 people already cast their ballot early for this election. That's 8% of Lubbock County's nearly 148,000 registered voters. So, there's more than 135,000 people who have not voted yet.
