Dennis S. Hudson, III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seacoast, along with representatives from other banks, will participate in a panel discussion on Managing Capital in the Southeast on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 9:45 AM until 10:20 AM.

The panel discussion will be webcast and can be accessed through Seacoast's website at www.seacoastbanking.net, under Presentations. Investors listening to the webcast should register at least 10 minutes prior to the presentation.
