LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The American Red Cross Safe and Well Website allows those affected by a disaster to register and let their loved ones know they are alright.
From a list of standard messages, a person can select those that they want to communicate to their family members.
Concerned family and friends can search the list of those who have registered themselves as safe and well. The results will display a person's first name, last name, an as of date, and a safe and well message.
