Dancers hit the floor to benefit Children's Miracle Network

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Saturday night, dancers did a little diddy to help children in the hospital. The Lubbock Area Square and Round Dance Federation put on the dance. They also prepared food for folks to enjoy.

All money raised benefits the Children's Miracle Network.  "We're just proud.  We're tickled to death to do it; the Lubbock Area Square and Round Dance Federation is proud to be a part of it," Federation President Garland Cooper said. 

Cooper says dancing is great exercise and a great hobby for folks to get involved in. He encourages all people of all ages to check it out.
