ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Police in Albuquerque say one man is dead and a second hurt in what appears to be a car-to-car shooting.
Police spokeswoman Nadine Hamby says officers responding to a shots-fired call in the downtown area at about 11:30 p.m. Friday found the two men in a car. Both were taken to a hospital where one died, but the other man is expected to survive.
The men are believed to be in their late teens or early 20s, but they have not been identified.
Witnesses told police they saw two cars driving next to each other and heard shots.
