LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - It's not a complete surprise to most Texas Tech football fans but the Red Raiders will play in the Ticketcity Bowl, January 1st at the Cotton Bowl stadium in Dallas. Tech will take on the Northwestern Wildcats with kickoff at 11:00 AM central time.

Sunday night tickets went on sale for $75, but Texas Tech only has 10,000 tickets and they expect them to sell out fast. Buying from Tech ensures you a seat with all the Red Raider fans in the north eastern section of the stadium. To check out seating (click here.)

Both upper and lower deck seats are available, but ticket holders won't know where they'll be sitting until Wednesday. That's when Tech will assign seats according to Red Raider Club Priority Points.

Parking passes are also on sale. It's $20 for regular vehicles, and $40 for RVs. Since the game is in Dallas there will be no travel packages, and a list of Fan Hotels is still being finalized.
