A Panhandle District Attorney will enter rehab after pleading not guilty to federal drug and weapons charges.

Rick Roach serves as D.A. for Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Roberts and Wheeler counties. He appeared in an Amarillo courtroom Tuesday morning.

Roach was indicted in Lubbock Federal Court last week on possession of meth, cocaine and unlawful possession of weapons by a drug addict. If convicted, he faces up to 51 years in prison.
