
Drink too much and you could go to jail.
The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, or TABC, will be out in full force this holiday season.
"What we want to get out to the public is to have a safe and happy holiday, but temper that with a lot of responsible behaviors concerning alcoholic beverages," said TABC Sgt. Gene Anderson.
Sgt. Anderson warns agents will be in bars looking for people who are intoxicated. They're hoping to reduce the number of DWI's by arresting potential drunk drivers before they get behind the wheel.
