KCBD, NewsChannel 11 Lubbock |Texas Tech Football Player Indicted on Aggravated Assault Charges

A 6'3", 287 pound offensive lineman for the Texas Tech Red Raiders allegedly punched a man in the jaw over a parking spot back in March.
Tuesday a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted #71 Stephen Hamby on aggravated assault charges.
The charges stem from an altercation in the 2400 Block of Broadway around 2 a.m. on March 29th.
According to police reports, 22-year-old Hamby punched the victim in the jaw breaking it in two places.
