This is how it works. You take the Egg Peeler and you attach it to a standard faucet spout. It's rubber, so you can adjust it until there is a snug fit. The instructions say to put the cracked egg inside the peeler.

So, that is what I did, and nothing was happening. The egg shell was still on the egg. There was nothing instant about Walter Drake's Egg Peeler except the mess that it made when I tried to test it out.
