School is out for the summer but before you know it, students will have to start preparing for another year. One change coming to Lubbock ISD that everyone will have to keep in mind is the new dress code.
I think the Lubbock ISD dress code should be expanded to require elementary and middle school students to wear uniforms. Uniforms that give every parent a list of simple options and colors.
