KCBD, NewsChannel 11 Lubbock |Indictments not issued in deaths of two Lubbock residents

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD)- A Lubbock County Grand Jury was in deliberation Tuesday on four separate manslaughter charges, however only two indictments were issued.
The two cases not granted indictments involved one assault that end in the death of 22-year-old Miguel Deleon, the second involved a traffic accident in which 54-year-old Barbara Morgan died.
The grand jury said there was not enough evidence in either case to issue an indictment.
