Source: Lubbock Sheriff's OfficeLUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -Panhandle authorities say a Lubbock man shot and killed a British tourist during bar robbery in Amarillo.
Police arrested 25-year-old Ray Carlos Cisneros yesterday. He's charged with capital murder, and authorities say more charges are pending.
Investigators say Cisneros fatally shot 28-year-old Thomas George Reeve Thursday night at the Spotted Pony Lounge during a robbery. Another man was shot in the hand, and a female patron was sexually assaulted. Authorities say Cisneros robbed the cash register and several customers.
Cisneros remains in the Potter County Detention Center.
