Lubbock, TX (KCBD) - The health inspection scores are in and three stops stand out above the rest. One top performer hopes to make Coach Tommy Tuberville's birthday extra sweet.

"We just do unique cakes and confections," said Jennifer Shannon, co-owner of Aunt Norie's Bakery. The sweet stop has been around the hub city since 1996. The repeat top-performer is located at 5217 82nd Street.  With zero critical violations there is surely something in the shop for everyone's sweet tooth from custom cakes and cake bites to a shot of something new – frosting.

The top-performer expects to decorate around 20 dozen Texas Tech cookies before Saturdays big game against the University of Texas. They also plan on running a special play from the coach himself.

"We are doing Coach Tuberville's birthday cake which is a coconut cake with seven-minute frosting which is apparently his favorite," said Shannon.

Fat J's at 2302 Texas Avenue is serving up the perfect plate of Tex-mex and burgers with zero critical violations. If you are in the mood for pizza, Little Caeser's at 7301 University avenue will fire up the perfect pie with zero critical violations.
