LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - No vote was taken on Thursday on the dispute between the city of Lubbock and 19 Garza County land owners. Nor was there a vote on any other issue. City Council met behind closed doors for 90 minutes.
The executive session agenda said it included water and right of way issues. There has been a disagreement over how much the city of Lubbock should pay landowners for the right to lay a water pipeline across their properties.
