UMC's ER was filled with Trinity Christian Students Friday

A group of Trinity Christian students were at University Medical Center's emergency room on Friday, but instead of being treated, they were there to be the "treat."

So what is the best medicine from a child? The students of Trinity Christian were there to give cookies and bear-hugs to the caretakers of sick children. It was a simple way of saying thank you for their dedication.

Look for NewsChannel 11 to be at UMC a lot in the next few weeks in preparation for the 26th Annual Children's Miracle Network Telethon. NewsChannel 11 will broadcast the telethon live with Karin McCay and Abner Euresti from UMC's Children's Hospital in June.
