Construction on Quaker Ave. begins Monday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - If your daily drive takes you down south Quaker Avenue, you may want to find an alternate route.

Starting Monday, March 16th, crews will begin constructing a concrete dip at Quaker and 95th street. Quaker Avenue will remain open but will be reduced to one lane in each direction.

Construction is expected to take up to three weeks.
