Funeral in Lubbock for Oklahoma couple killed by red light runner

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Funeral services are set for a married couple from Oklahoma killed in a motorcycle accident.   A silver SUV ran a red light at 19th and University early Wednesday morning and hit the motorcycle Dwight Griffith, 27 and his 23-year-old wife Trisha were riding on.  

Dwight was pronounced dead at the scene, and Trish died at UMC a short time later.   The Griffiths' funeral will be at two-o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Abbey Chapel at Resthaven Funeral Home in Lubbock.

Accident kills two and lands one behind bars
A Lubbock woman is behind bars and two people are dead after an early morning accident that police describe as "alcohol related".
