Longtime Lubbock law enforcement officer retires

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - One of the top law enforcement officials in Lubbock County has retired.  

Paul Scarborough stepped down as Chief Deputy at the Sheriff's Department. He's been with Lubbock Sheriff's Office for more than 10 years and has been in law enforcement for 28 years.
