Portion of Quaker reduced to one lane Monday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Starting Monday, March 30th, the City of Lubbock will begin construction of a concrete dip section on Quaker Avenue at 84th Street.

Quaker Avenue will remain open but will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Motorists are urged to allow extra time for delays or to find alternate routes.

This work will take up to three weeks to complete depending on the weather.
