Lubbock Relay for Life kicks off - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Starting Saturday night, some folks will run a Relay for Life on Texas Tech's campus. The event kicked-off at 6 p.m. Texas Tech's committee and the student body will run at Urbanovsky Park, just east of the United Spirit Arena.

Participants also accepted a challenge from Texas A&M to see who can raise the most money for the cause. The winner receives a traveling trophy.
