A SUV slammed into a house in south Lubbock on Wednesday night sending an infant to the hospital. Police say at around 9:30 p.m. the driver of a Suburban had a seizure and veered off the road.
The truck hit the corner house at 88th St. and University Ave. The impact knocked a six month-old boy out of his swing. Fortunately, the infant was treated and released from Covenant Children's Hospital. The driver, 19 year-old Frederick Rogers, and his passenger, 25 year-old Rachel Horn were also treated and released from University Medical Center.
Early Thursday morning, two trucks collided on the Slaton Highway. Police say a Ford truck was speeding and clipped a white Toyota from behind, causing it to roll four and half times about 5:00 a.m. Doctors treated and released both drivers.
