Judge revokes probation, Rodriguez headed to prison

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) He tricked a judge to get out of jail last year, but it didn't work Tuesday. This time, a judge revoked probation for Jon Ray Rodriguez. So now, he's on his way to prison for 20 years according to online records at the Lubbock County Jail.

Separate from the charge that landed him in prison, Rodriguez was accused of choking his girlfriend nearly to death. In that case Rodriguez faked evidence that caused a judge to lower his bond so he could get out jail. He fled to Oklahoma where he sweet talked another judge into letting him out jail in that state. Eventually Rodriguez surrendered and was brought back to Lubbock.
