LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - An overnight crash put one person into the hospital.

At 50th and Wayne Avenue a passenger car hit a utility pole.

Police say two people suffered moderate injuries and one went to Covenant Medical Center by ambulance. The other person in the vehicle was detained by police.

Officers did find alcohol at the scene. LPD has not yet released further details.

Also overnight police investigated a car versus pole collision at 48th and Boston just before 1:00 a.m., no serious injuries were reported.

Then just before 2:00 a.m., police investigated a one-car rollover at 8th and Inler. LPD found the vehicle, but not the driver. Officers think the driver might have left the scene on foot.
