An 18 year-old Texas man is charged with aggravated assault, attempted arson, and carrying a weapon illegally for allegedly storming a rural high school with a shotgun and can of gasoline. Tony Cipriano's bond was set at $1.6 million dollars at his arraignment on Saturday.
Faculty and students at Scurry-Rosser High School worked together to subdue the man. Witnesses say it took five people to subdue the 300 pound man and take away the gun. Officials say it wasn't loaded.
