Worldwide child porn ring earns Lubbock man life in prison - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock man was part of a global child pornography ring, official records say.  And it will cost him the rest of his life in prison.  Daniel Castleman appeared last year in Lubbock federal court. He was then transferred to Florida to stand trial in federal court there.

Castleman and a few other of his co-defendants were sentenced to life in prison. One of his co-defendants Tuesday was sentenced to 20 years. Ten people from literally all over the country were charged.  An official statement says the group traded more than 400,000 images and 1,000 videos of child sexual abuse.
