After rain in Lubbock, what is the mosquito risk?

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - With about half an inch of rain in Lubbock (give or take) we just knew the city was at risk for lots of mosquito activity. But no, that's not what the Lubbock Health Department says.  

The vector control section of the Lubbock Health Department says it's still too cold for mosquitoes. So for now, there's nothing to worry about.
