Update on former Terry Co. D.A. involved in single vehicle roll-over

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Former Hale County District Attorney Terry McEachern remained hospitalized following a one-car rollover in Plainview early Friday morning. McEachern's truck veered off of the roadway in the 3800 block of Dimmitt Road in Plainview.

McEachern is still in the Intensive Care Unit of Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.  Hospital officials say he is in "good" condition.
