LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - There's just one restaurant on this week's Food for Thought list, but it's a large helping of perfection.

City health inspectors dropped by Paddy's Original Philly Cheese Steak located downtown at 1101 Main Street to find a perfect establishment. Not one critical violation was found.
