Plainview ISD receives grant for dropout program


PLAINVIEW, TX (KCBD) - The Texas Education Agency will award Plainview ISD $250,000 to start a drop-out reduction program.

The Plainview Daily Herald reports the grant will provide student support services in workforce skill development, academic support, attendance improvements and student-family support services. Plainview is one of only 16-districts receiving the grant. Jobs
