LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - There is new information on a story NewsChannel 11 continues to follow. Lubbock businessman Benny Judah is accused of investor fraud. 

Right now these are civil charges, not criminal. Around 240 investors, mostly from Lubbock, stand to lose money. There is now a new website up and running to help those investors. The website has a letter from the court-appointed receiver and a claim form.

It could be a year or more before the investors get their money back and, even then, they may only get a portion according to the federal receivership trustee
