LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock County commissioners lifted the county wide burn ban effective at 11 a.m. Monday allowing for normal burn rules to apply.
Burning will still be prohibited on Red Flag Warning days. Red Flag warnings will be issued on days with winds that are sustained at 35 MPH and higher.
