LUBBOCK, TEXAS (KCBD) - Phase-two of the Tara home relocation will continue Tuesday morning, April 28.
Beginning at approximately 9:00 a.m., motorists traveling on US 84, between Quaker Avenue and FM 2641, can expect road closures and major delays on both east- and westbound US 84.
Traffic on FM 2528 (north Frankford Avenue), at US 84, will also be impacted as movers use both the east and westbound US 84 lanes to maneuver around the railroad crossing and traffic signals.
Motorists are advised to find an alternate route around the area. Law enforcement officials will be on-hand to help with traffic control.
The move and closures will take place weather permitting.
