19th Street sewer pipe repairs scheduled for Monday - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - If you drive down 19th Street at Texas Avenue to get to and from work, you may need to find an alternate route starting Monday.

Repairs will be made to a section of storm sewer pipe at 19th Street and Texas Avenue beginning on Monday, May 4, 2009. East/West traffic will be reduced to one lane each direction.

Construction is anticipated to last for approximately one week in order to complete the repair. Barricades are planned to be put into place after the morning commute on Monday morning.

In order to reduce delays, please avoid this intersection during the repairs.
