Turkey Hotline for a Safe Holiday

If you're in the middle of preparing stuff for thanksgiving, or trying to thaw your turkey, and you get stumped by some question, the answer is as far away as your telephone. Again, the Department of Agriculture is offering the turkey hotline with operators on call to help you from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If your question comes at an odd hour, you can still get the answers you need by selecting the recorded information you want through the turkey hotline options. To answer your turkey questions, just call 1-800-535-4555 .
