Cinco De Mayo gets early start in Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock, TX (KCBD) - Cinco De Mayo is on Tuesday, but some got an early start at the South Plains Fair Grounds this weekend. 

Festival goers of all ages enjoyed music, food, and carnival rides while remembering an important piece of history with the Hub City's 19th annual Cinco De Mayo celebration.  Organizers estimate about 10,000 people were at the fair grounds over the weekend.
