Monday morning brings two constructions sites to Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Starting Monday there is a busy intersection you might want to avoid; 19th and Texas Avenue.  

East and west traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction as crews make repairs to a section of storm sewer pipe. Construction is expected to last approximately one week.

TxDOT will resume work on Spur-327 Monday. The $24 million project upgraded Spur 327 to a freeway.  Now, crews have to do some work on the frontage roads. Drivers can expect several lane closers, and one overnight closure of the Frankford intersection. Weather permitting, this phase is set to be finished by Memorial Day.
