Lower summer costs for Xcel customers - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Xcel has announced lower costs for Texas customers.

Lower natural gas prices have led the company to file a lower fuel cost factor. That will be a decrease of about $2 on the average residential bill starting in June.

Xcel says it will also be refunding fuel costs this summer that will amount to a onetime credit of $22 on an average residential bill.
