A Lubbock man is in custody Wednesday night on federal pornography charges. The U.S. Attorney's office says 35 year-old Philip Noel Hagar was arrested on three counts of interstate transportation of child pornography.
According to a sworn affidavit, Hagar's employer discovered many pornographic images downloaded on his computer at work. Hagar admitted to collecting the images over several years.
He is currently being held without bond, pending a hearing scheduled for Monday morning at 10 a.m.
