Zsa Zsa Gabor in Coma After Traffic Wreck

Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor is reportedly in a coma in a Los Angeles hospital after an accident on Wednesday in West Hollywood. The Los Angeles County sheriff's department reports her vehicle struck a light pole.

The 85 year-old actress is now hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. In Germany, a spokesman for Gabor's husband -- Frederic von Anhalt -- says Gabor was airlifted to the hospital, where she remains on a respirator. The family was told that Gabor had fallen into a coma soon after the accident.

The Hungarian-born actress is most famous for her multiple marriages -- at least eight. In 1989, Gabor was sentenced to 72 hours in jail for slapping a Beverly Hills police officer. She also was ordered to perform 120 hours of community service at a women's shelter.
