Suspect arrested within an hour of a North Lubbock stabbing

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Police have arrested a suspect in a stabbing in North Lubbock.

Police say the victim was stabbed around 3:20 a.m. Tuesday during an altercation at the Raiders Pass apartments in the 3100 block of 4th Street.

He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police say the suspect, Ruben Molina, fled to the Acacia Mobile Home park at 23rd and Auburn where he allegedly stole a silver Chevy mini-van.

The police arrested Molina within an hour of the stabbing.
