Outlaw Bar-B-Que Goes Up In Smoke

A Lubbock County restaurant endures heavy smoke damage following a mid-afternoon blaze.

The fire broke out at Outlaw Bar-B-Que near 98th and the Tahoka Highway, just before four o'clock Friday afternoon. Upon their arrival, firefighters reported flames coming through the windows. Jimmy Tyson, Chief of the Woodrow Volunteer Fire Department, says the fire was contained mostly to the kitchen area.

The restaurant was closed at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
